About The Role:

As a Staff Physical Therapist at Mitchell Holistic Health, you’ll play a crucial role in our patient-centered approach to care. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs.
• Customized Care Plans: Craft-tailored treatment and maintenance programs that promote recovery and well-being.
• Community Engagement: Step outside the clinic and join forces with fellow health professionals to share knowledge and spread wellness
• Participating in monthly staff meetings and contributing to our collaborative whole-person approach
• Assisting with inbound marketing efforts through various channels, including videos, workshops, webinars, and blog writing.

What You Will Need To Be Successful In The Role:

We’re looking for a driven, confident, and energetic therapist who embodies our clinic’s values and ethos and has a passion for providing world-class orthopedic physical therapy care. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
• Preferred outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience, New graduates welcome to apply
• Preferred Dry needling certification and a willingness to pursue training in the McKenzie approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a growth mindset
• Your energy– it’s the positive vibe that turns the whole clinic into a brighter, more hopeful place.
