3 quick and easy exercises to help with headache pain

#1 While seated, place your fingers on your chin and push it back as far as possible. Try to hold this position for 1-2 minutes.

#2 While seated, tuck your chin and pull down gently on the back of your head. Hold this position until the tension or your headache releases.

#3 Bring your chin down toward the OPPOSITE shoulder of where your pain is. Place your hand on the back of your head and gently pull toward the shoulder that your head is leaning toward.
