Megan Mihalovic

Megan Mihalovic is a student at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She is in her final semester of studying Exercise and Sport Science – Fitness Track. By studying the health and fitness industry, she strives to become a role model that will help facilitate healthy habits for future generations. She looks forward to helping others find their path to wellness. She enjoys staying active by hiking and walking with friends and family as well as resistance training. Megan is excited to welcome you to the clinic!

JORDAN TREDINNICK

Jordan Tredinnick is a Functional Medicine Practitioner at Mitchell Holistic Health and has over 10 years of experience working in the wellness space. After spending several years working in the fitness industry, she quickly realized that for individuals to achieve optimal health, nutrition was the missing piece. She then decided to go back to school to obtain her Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and is certified in Integrative & Holistic Health. Jordan strongly believes that for an individual to live to their full potential, they must incorporate all aspects of wellness into their daily lives. She looks forward to helping clients achieve optimal health and empowering them to implement tools to improve their immediate and future health.

Claire Mitchell

Claire Mitchell is a functional medicine practitioner at Mitchell Holistic Health. She holds a PhD in Spanish and Applied Linguistics and was a teacher and professor for 13 years. She was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s after giving birth to her daughter, Leah, and then began on her own path to heal her thyroid. Out of her own healing journey grew her passion to help others find healing like she has, and so, she decided to go back to school and pursue another Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and open Mitchell Holistic Health with her husband, Phillip. Claire now works with clients to figure out the ‘why’ behind their health concerns they’ve been experiencing — whether it is related to the thyroid, gut, skin, hormones, or some other concern — Claire takes a proactive approach rooted in functional medicine that helps her clients regain their health and reclaim their life.

Kelsey Meyer

Kelsey Meyer is a Functional Medicine Practitioner at Mitchell Holistic Health. She has 10 years of experience in health care and holds a certification in holistic health. After many years of dealing with the same health issues, she decided to take a different approach for herself and developed such a passion for whole person healing that she decided to pursue formal education and training to be able to share this approach with others. With her background in childcare and being a mom, she has a special interest in children as well as depression and mood challenges. Kelsey believes in digging into the reason for health issues and empowering patients with the knowledge and skills to improve and reclaim their health now and for years to come.

Natalie Jorde

Natalie Jorde is a certified life and wellness coach through the International Association of Wellness Professionals. She holds her Masters in Christian Formation with a concentration in Student Development and worked for 8 years as a Student Development professional at various universities. During her time working in higher education, she navigated her own health concerns including autoimmunity, a significant back injury, and post-traumatic stress which opened her eyes to the reality that true healing must be holistic. After leaving higher education, she sought her life and wellness coaching certification in order to combine her passions for personal development and holistic living. She is passionate about helping people overcome their limiting beliefs and move towards healing and wholeness physically, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually so they can live fulfilled.

Phillip Mitchell

Phillip Mitchell holds his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and is certified in the McKenzie Method, functional dry needling, and Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM). He has worked as a physical therapist for 13 years in a variety of settings, which allows him to bring a unique perspective to Mitchell Holistic Health. Phillip’s primary goal is to help his patients get out of pain naturally and completely and does so by treating the body as a whole system, one that is interconnected. This approach allows him to look for what is really causing his patients’ pain and help them truly address their concerns.
