About The Role

As a Functional Medicine Practitioner at Mitchell Holistic Health, you’ll play a crucial role in our whole-person approach to care. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Comprehensive Evaluations and Follow-Up Meetings: Conduct thorough one-on-one appointments with clients to identify each client’s needs.
• Well-Developed Care Plans: Recommend pertinent dietary and lifestyle recommendations that promote optimal health and well-being.
• Community Engagement: Step outside the clinic and join forces with fellow health professionals to share knowledge and spread wellness
• Participating in monthly professional development meetings that contribute to our collaborative whole-person approach
• Assist with marketing efforts through various channels, including videos, workshops, and/or webinars.

What You Will Need To Be Successful In The Role

We’re looking for a driven, confident, and energetic practitioner who embodies our clinic’s values and ethos and has a passion for holistic health that truly supports the whole person. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A degree or certification as either a Physician’s Assistant, Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or equivalent MS degree or certificate in functional medicine or holistic health/nutrition.
• Training in functional medicine, holistic health, herbal medicine, homeopathy, or equivalent.
• Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and other team members.
