Addison Durtschi is a Wellness Coach and Commmunity Relations Manager at Mitchell Holistic Health. She holds certifications from the International Sports Science Association in Nutrition and Personal Training, as well as her Bachelor of Arts in both Anthropology and French. After struggling with an eating disorder, thyroid dysfunction, and PCOS, Addison found healing through a holistic pursuit of mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. This experience is what drives her to help others find their own long-term health freedom by addressing their healing at the root. Addison enjoys cheering her clients on to achieve their goals and watching them grow to experience abundant life in every aspect.

Courtney is passionate about supporting our clinic’s mission to help people regain their health, and she keeps things running smoothly in the clinic. Julianna Parsons is a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P). She holds a degree in Biological Sciences (Emphasis in Medical Science and Human Biology) from the University of Missouri – Columbia. After years of struggling with digestive issues, her health journey led her to functional medicine where she finally found answers. Now, Julianna is committed to supporting her clients with data-driven information and guidance they need to start feeling better. She takes a whole-body, science-based approach to health building, which involves lab testing and integrating changes in nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, and supplementation. Julianna firmly believes in personalized, compassionate health care and is dedicated to helping her clients get well – and stay well.
Candi Dias is a naturopathic doctor and certified yoga teacher with a passion for whole-body healing. Her path into natural medicine began after her mom’s cancer diagnosis, which sparked a deep commitment to uncovering root causes and helping others reclaim their health. She specializes in women’s health, digestive issues, and chronic conditions, blending evidence-based care with a holistic approach that includes lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and herbal medicine. Candi brings a personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to support each client’s unique healing journey.
Katie Knafla is a dedicated holistic health professional with over eight years of experience helping individuals identify root causes of health concerns and live symptom-free. She holds a degree in dietetics, health and fitness from University of Wisconsin – Stout. Passionate about a whole-body approach to wellness, she specializes in data-driven, personalized plans that combine components of nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, and supplements. As a leader in the field, she has played a key role in developing and managing large-scale nutrition programs, mentoring health professionals, and fostering growth in her own clients. Katie is committed to continuous learning and empowering people to take control of their health naturally.
Cassidy Murphy obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University. Cassidy has a personal goal of achieving optimal health and wellness and wants to help her patients do the same through physical well-being. With a strong belief in treating the entire person through a holistic approach, she knows it is important to get to the source of pain or dysfunction in order to thrive. Cassidy is committed to expanding her skillset as a physical therapist to include a variety of treatment options in order to help people feel and perform their best through daily life.
Claire Mitchell is a functional medicine practitioner at Mitchell Holistic Health. She holds a PhD in Spanish and Applied Linguistics and was a teacher and professor for 13 years. She was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s after giving birth to her daughter, Leah, and then began on her own path to heal her thyroid. Out of her own healing journey grew her passion to help others find healing like she has, and so, she decided to go back to school and pursue another Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and open Mitchell Holistic Health with her husband, Phillip. Claire now works with clients to figure out the ‘why’ behind their health concerns they’ve been experiencing — whether it is related to the thyroid, gut, skin, hormones, or some other concern — Claire takes a proactive approach rooted in functional medicine that helps her clients regain their health and reclaim their life.
Natalie Jorde is a certified life and wellness coach through the International Association of Wellness Professionals. She holds her Masters in Christian Formation with a concentration in Student Development and worked for 8 years as a Student Development professional at various universities. During her time working in higher education, she navigated her own health concerns including autoimmunity, a significant back injury, and post-traumatic stress which opened her eyes to the reality that true healing must be holistic. After leaving higher education, she sought her life and wellness coaching certification in order to combine her passions for personal development and holistic living. She is passionate about helping people overcome their limiting beliefs and move towards healing and wholeness physically, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually so they can live fulfilled.
Phillip Mitchell holds his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and is certified in the McKenzie Method, functional dry needling, and Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM). He has worked as a physical therapist for 13 years in a variety of settings, which allows him to bring a unique perspective to Mitchell Holistic Health. Phillip’s primary goal is to help his patients get out of pain naturally and completely and does so by treating the body as a whole system, one that is interconnected. This approach allows him to look for what is really causing his patients’ pain and help them truly address their concerns.
